Ingredients:
1 Egg
2 1/2 tsp Salt
5 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 can Anchovy fillets (2 oz each) drained and chopped
1 tbsp MSG (optional)
4 cup Oil
2 1/2 tsp Dry English-style mustard
3 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Steak sauce
3 dash Hot pepper sauce
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp Wine vinegar
3 tbsp Catsup
Instructions:
Combine egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, anchovies, MSG, oil and
mustard and mix with 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice. Add steak sauce,
hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire, vinegar, catsup and remaining 1 1/2
tablespoons lemon juice. Beat until blended and thick. Makes 5 1/2
cups
