Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup UNSALTED coarsely chopped cashews
2 cup Unbleached white flour
3/4 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Light brown sugar
2 tbsp Light brown sugar
1/2 cup Unsalted butter
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soften butter. Mix flour, baking powder
and soda, salt, and cashews. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and
vanilla. Mix in sour cream. Add flour mixture. Drop dough by
teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden
brown. Makes roughly 6 dozen.
