Ingredients:
2 2/3 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking soda
2/3 cup Cocoa powder
2 cup White sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 cup Water
2 tsp Vanilla
2/3 cup Vegetable oil
2 tsp White vinegar
Instructions:
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Add liquid. Mix well. Transfer to
13 X 9 X 2-inch pan. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
