1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs (8 cra
1/2 cup Grape-Nuts cereal
2 tbsp Vegetable oil

MMMMMFILLING

2 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
2 cup Yogurt cheese made from nonfat plain yogurt (proced follows)
1 package 8-oz. low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cup Sugar
2 Large eggs
2 Large egg whites
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tbsp Pure vanilla extract
2 tsp Grated lemon zest
1 tsp Lemon juice

MMMMMTOPPING

2 cup Yogurt cheese made from nonfat plain yogurt (procedure follows)
1/3 cup Sugar
2 tsp Pure vanilla extract

MMMMMFRUIT AND GLAZE

4 Navel oranges
1/4 cup Apricot preserves
2 tbsp Orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
4 Kiwi fruit, peeled and slice
2 cup Hulled strawberries
