Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tbsp Granulated sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Butter
1 large Egg
Milk, as needed
1/2 cup Miniature chocolate chips
Egg whites or heavy cream
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the
flours, sug ball on an ungreased cookie sheet to form a 6-inch disc.
