Ingredients:
3/4 cup Orange juice
6 tbsp Mustard
1 cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mixed lettuce
Instructions:
In a blender, puree the orange juice, mustard, and olive oil. Season
to taste. Serve over mixed fresh greens.
