Ingredients:
-ELLEN GORDON (JSBJ02B)
1 cup Milk
3 tbsp Margarine
1/4 cup Honey
3 cup Unbleached bread flour
1/4 cup High gluten flour
2 tsp Dry yeast
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Ground coriander
1/8 tsp Ground cloves
1/8 tsp Ground ginger
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 Egg (I use egg substitute)
1/2 tbsp Grated orange peel.
Instructions:
