  Cranberry Apple Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Cranberries, chopped
1/3 cup Apple, diced plus
2 tbsp Apple, diced
1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
2 tsp Walnuts, chopped
4 Chicken Breasts, skinless,
Boneless, pounded 1/2" thick
1 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ø. Combine cranberries, apples and walnuts in a
medium glass bowl. Place breasts in a 13x9" baking pan. Top each
breast with 1/3 cup filling. Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is
no longer pink inside. Top each breast with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake for
an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
