Ingredients:
1 medium Cucumber
1 small Onion
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon juice, plus
1 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash Garlic powder
1 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Grate cucumber and onion; then drain well. Pat dry with paper towels.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Add cucumber and
onion, stirring well.

Yield: about 2-2/3 cups
