Ingredients:
5 cup Soup stock or chicken broth
1/2 lb Winter melon, diced
1/4 cup Chicken, diced
4 Water chestnuts, diced
Salt
MSG
Instructions:
Place stock or broth in a pot. Cover & bring to a boil. Add winter
melon, chicken & water chestnuts. Simmer 10 minutes. Season to taste
with salt and MSG.
