Ingredients:
1 bunch Broccoli, separated into florets
1 Cauliflower, separated into florets
8 Bacon strips, fried and crumbled
1/3 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Tomatoes, chopped, seeded
2 Eggs, hard boiled, sliced
1 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressg
1/3 cup Sugar
2 tsp Vinegar
Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion,
tomatoes and eggs. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix until
smooth. Chill all. Just before serving, mix dressing, pour over salad
and toss.
