Ingredients:

1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 cup Taco sauce
6 cup Torn lettuce
1 medium Green bell pepper, cut into strips
2 medium Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup Pitted ripe olives, drained
1 cup Corn chips
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (4 oz)
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing, if desired
Instructions:
Cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown;
drain. Stir in taco sauce; heat through. Toss lettuce, bell pepper,
tomatoes, olives and corn chips in large bowl. Spoon heat beef
mixture over lettuce mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve
immediately with dressing.
