Ingredients:
4 cup Tomato based commercial hot salsa
1/2 cup Onion, coarsely chopped
2 each Garlic cloves chopped
2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped
1 each Mango, ripe, diced 1/4"
1 each Pineapple, fresh, cored, peeld and diced 1/4"
3 each Scallions, chopped
1/2 cup Dates, chopped, coarsely
1 each Peach, peeled, diced 1/4"
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with anything...very good with grilled fish, grilled chicken,
as a party dip, and even as a sandiwch spread for grilled pork or
beef.
