Ingredients:
3/4 cup Chicken broth (low fat)
1/2 cup Basil leaves (fresh - loosely packed)
3 Garlic cloves peeled
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat broth to boiling. Combine ingredients in blender or food
processor; process until basil and garlic are minced. (Or by hand,
use a mortar and pestle: Mash basil and garlic together, then mix
with remaining ingredients.)
