Ingredients:
3 cup Dried apricots
3/4 cup Sliced, candied ginger
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Lemon juice
5 cup Cold water
2 tsp Grated orange rind
1 tsp Grated lemon rind
2 1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
Instructions:
Wash apricots. Add water, ginger, orange and lemon juice, grated
rind, and sugar. Stir until well mixed. Simmer slowly, stirring
frequently, until thick and clear. Add nuts and cook 5 minutes. The
