Ingredients:
1 cup Chopped Oregon hazelnuts
6 Eggs
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Whipping cream
Instructions:
Beat eggs; add sugar. Combine with hazelnuts and flour. Bake at 350
in flat pan until golden brown. When cool, spread whipping cream,
then roll into a roll. Keep frozen.
