Ingredients:
14 1/2 oz Can tomatoes, drained
1/3 cup Minced fresh basil
1/3 cup Chopped onion
1/2 cup Dry red wine (optional)
Instructions:
Procedure: Place all ingredients in blender or food processor fitted
with the metal blade; process until smooth. Simmer sauce in pan for
10 to 12 minutes. Serve with pasta. Yield: Makes 6 servings.
