Ingredients:
1 bag black beans 1 pound soaked overnight and drained
2 cans chicken broth
2 onions chopped
2 oz. salt pork diced
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 green pepper chopped
2 ham hocks
3 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
