Ingredients:
1 gal Cucumbers
1 1/2 tbsp Mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp Alum
1 small Onion
2 Cloves garlic
3 Hot peppers
1 Dill head
1 qt Vinegar
3 qt Water
1 cup Salt
Instructions:
Put first seven ingredients into jars. Bring last three ingredients
to a boil together and then pour into previously prepared jars. Seal.
Open in 3 to 4 weeks.
