Ingredients:
1/4 cup Water
1 Extra-large egg
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 cup Mashed very ripe bananas
3 tbsp Brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Powdered buttermilk
1 cup Quick-cooking oats
2 1/2 cup Unbleached white flour
1/3 cup Steel-cut oats***
2 tsp Active dry yeast
Instructions:
***Soak oats in 1/3 cup boiling water until the mixture is at room
temperature. Place all ingredients in the machine in order suggested
by manufacturer and program for basic bread.
