Ingredients:
1 C. barley
1 can roasted garlic chicken broth-14 1/2 oz.
1/2 C. thinly-sliced green onions
4 oz. fresh or canned mushrooms to 6 oz. sliced
Salt or seasoned salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 tsp. butter or margarine
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
