  Jalapeno Vinaigrette (Smcd91a)

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Lime juice -- freshly
Squeezed
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 1/2 tbsp Sherry vinegar
1/2 Fresh jalapeno pepper --
Seede
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/3 cup Olive oil
1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except the
olive oil and whirl 1 to 2 minutes. With machine running, add olive
oil, 1 tbs at a time. Chill. Makes 1 cup
