Ingredients:
1 small Carrot, (about 1/2 cup)
2 tbsp Mirin, (a sweet japanese co
2 tbsp Rice vinegar, and/or cider v
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Dark sesame oil, (optional)
1 tbsp Grated fresh ginger root, (o
1/4 Cake silken (creamy) tofu, (
Instructions:
Recipe by: Felicia Pickering Put all of the
ingredients in a blender and whirl them until smooth. Stored chilled
in a covered jar, this dressing will keep for a week (less, if you
use the tofu)
