Ingredients:
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 C. Vegetable oil
Carrot baby food, junior or 2 small
1 C. Flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
In large mixing bowl combine sugar, eggs and oil. Add strained carrots and mix well. Add dry ingredients and beat until thoroughly blended. Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Cover and bake on high for 3 to 4 hours.
