Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile
pinch dried thyme
pinch ground cumin
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before using.

Makes 1/2 cup.
