3 1/2 C Bread Flour
2 1/4 teaspoons Instant Yeast
1/3 C Sugar
1 C Milk (warm not hot)
1 egg
1/3 C butter (melted)
1 teaspoon Salt
Using instant yeast means you do not need to prep the yeast...!!!

Mix all ingredients together (mixer with dough hook makes life easier)
This dough WILL be a little stickier than most bread dough

move dough to a greased bowl and cover

Allow to rise until doubled (about 40 minutes)

turn out on a floured work surface

rollout to a about 1/2 inch thick square
(no need to punchdown dough as the rolling out takes care of this step)

Cut with sharp knife or pizza cutter into 3 inch squares and place on greased (or lined) baking sheet.
Allow to rise again until doubled (about 30 minutes)

Bake at 375 for 10 - 12 minutes (They will be light brown when removed from the oven)
Brush tops lightly with butter...

Perfect with honey cinnamon butter...
