Ingredients:
5 pounds chicken wings
Vegetable oil or shortening
1 C. soy sauce
1 C. brown sugar packed
1 C. water
Instructions:
Brown wings in oil, place in crock pot. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar and water, boil 2 to 3 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on high 2 to 3 hours.
