10 medium sweet potatoes, baked
1/2 C. margarine, softened
1 1/2 C. whiskey or rum
1 C. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
14 oz. pkg. caramel candies
2 C. chopped pecans
(16 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
Peel potatoes and cut in half. Place in greased baking dish. Combine margarine, whiskey or rum, brown sugar, and cinnamon and heat in saucepan (do not boil). Remove from heat and add caramel candies. Pour mixture over potatoes. Top with chopped pecans and marshmallows. Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
