Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3/4 lb. carrots, cut into matchsticks
1/2 C. Irish whiskey
2 tsp. sugar
Instructions:
Sauté carrots and sugar in butter. Add salt to taste. Add whiskey; boil and simmer 5 minutes covered. Uncover and simmer until liquid is evaporated.
