Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1 C. oatmeal (or corn meal or bread crumbs)
1 Tbls. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 C. applesauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together well and bake 1 hour. Vary with chopped tomato, green pepper, parsley, celery, or onion, as desired.
