Ingredients:
3 C. blueberries, or boysenberries
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbls. tapioca
artificial sweetener to equal 3/4 C. sugar
1 unbaked pastry crust recipe to make double crust pie
Instructions:
Mix fruit, cinnamon, tapioca and sweetener. Put into unbaked pie shell. Top with other crust. Cut slits in top crust for steam to escape. Bake at 425 degrees F. about 40 minutes.
