Ingredients:
3/4 C. ice
1/2 C. unsweetened strawberries, frozen and slightly thawed
1/4 C. low fat milk, or soy rice milk
1/4 C. vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt, or low fat frozen dairy free dessert
1/8 tsp. almond extract
Instructions:
Combine ice, strawberries, and milk in a blender. Blend at high speed until ice is well crushed. Add frozen yogurt and almond extract. Blend until smooth.
