Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef, browned and drained
1 medium Onion, diced
1 small Or 1/2 large green pepper diced
1 1# can diced tomatoes
1 1# can chili beans (Brooks ot Chili beans are my favorite)
1 small Can tomato paste
1/2 cup Red wine
1 package Chili seasoning mix
1 tbsp Chili powder
Instructions:
Mix everything together in the crockpot and cook on low 6 or more
hours. This is really good with some cheese stirred in just before
serving and a dab of sour cream on top.
