Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
3 each Egg yolks, beaten
4 tbsp Melted butter or oil
1 1/2 cup Milk
3 each Egg whites,, beaten until stiff
1/2 cup Cornmeal
Instructions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together and
combine with dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Carefully, fold in
beaten egg whites. Cook according to your waffle iron instructions.
