Ingredients:
1 lb Fettuccine
1 lb Cooked shrimp, chopped into bite-size pieces
1 1/2 cup Half-and-half or heavy cream
1 cup Frozen peas, thawed
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add fettuccine and cook
about 7 minutes. Drain well; return to pot and add cream, peas and
cheese over low heat, heat through.

Note: Footy is a radio personality in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Y-100
