Ingredients:
12 Fig, fresh, peeled & quartered
1 tbsp Cognac
1 cup Heavy cream, whipped
1/3 cup Curacao
Instructions:
Marinate the figs in the cognac 30 minutes or longer. Mix the cream
and Cura#ao. Fold in the figs and any cognac that they have not
absorbed.
