Ingredients:
2 cup Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
3 tsp Baking powder
2 each Eggs
1 1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Melted shortening or oil
Instructions:
Stir to-gether flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat eggs and
milk. Combine with dry ingredients mixing until smooth, add oil or
shortening.
