Ingredients:
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Scallion, chopped
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp Jamaican pimento (allspice)
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 Habañero peppers, preferred, else Jalapeño
1 tsp Black pepper
4 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp Grated ginger
2 tbsp Lime juice
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
Process at high speed for 10 to 15 seconds. Store in a non-reactive
container; this is very corrosive to metals!
