  Broccoli With Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:
6 cup Broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces.
Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile, in serving
dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is
cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
