Ingredients:
24 oz. frozen winter squash
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 C. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash nutmeg
Instructions:
Cook squash as package label directs. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Cook, over low heat, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
