Ingredients:
1 pack fresh ground turkey
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/3 C. fine dry breadcrumbs
1-1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into four or five 1/2-inch thick patties. Prepare your grill, stove, oven or microwave. Cook for 4 minutes each side. For microwave cook for 2 minutes each side. Occasionally brush with broth, butter or barbecue sauce.
