Ingredients:
1 pack yeast
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
2-1/4 C. flour, bread
1/2 C. flour, wheat
2 Tbls. gluten
1-1/4 C. instant stuffing mix
1 Tbls. onion, dried, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 C. celery, fresh; 1/4-inch pieces
1/4 C. mushrooms, canned, drained
1 egg
1 Tbls. vegetable oil
1 C. chicken broth
1/3 C. water
3/4 C. chicken breast; cooked and diced
Instructions:
Heat chicken broth and water together. Place all ingredients except chicken in pan in the order listed. Select white bread setting and press Start. Add chicken at the beep, just before the end of final kneading.
