Ingredients:
6 chicken breast quarters, skin removed
salt
pepper
1/3 C. margarine, melted (optional)
3 C. barbecue sauce, heated
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange chicken breast quarters in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush with margarine, if desired. Cover tightly with aluminum foil; bake for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours, or until tender. Remove foil; pour off drippings. Pour hot barbecue sauce over chicken to serve.
