Ingredients:
Jalapeno, Chopped;
2/3 cup Lima Beans
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 Tomatoe, Chopped;medium
2 tbsp Onion, Chopped
1 tsp Cilantro, Chopped fresh
Instructions:
Heat Sunflower seeds, Onion, Tomatoe & Jalapeno till onion is
clear. Add Lima Beans and cook for a couple minutes. Add cilantro &
serve.
