Ingredients:
4 Tomato, chopped fine
1/2 Onion, chopped fine
1/2 Celery, chopped fine
1/2 Green bell pepper, chopped f
3 tbsp Green chiles, chopped fine
2 tbsp Wine vinegar
1 tsp Mustard seed
1 tsp Coriander, ground
1 dash Black pepper, coarse
Instructions:
Preparation Time: 0:15 Finely chop all vegetables. Mix well. Combine
vinegar, mustard seed, coriander, and pepper. Pour over vegetables
and mix. Chill. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Keeps well.
