Ingredients:
1 lb Lean minced meat
1 small Onion grated.
3 small Courgettes grated.
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Grated fresh root ginger.
1 Egg yolk
Seasoning.
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients well in a bowl. Shape into four burgers
with wet hands. Rill barbecue or dry fry using medium heat until
cooked through.
