  Dorothy's Oven Bar-B-Que Chicken

Ingredients:
1 medium Chicken cut into pieces
1 medium Onion
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 cup Catsup
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp Mustard, prepared
1 cup Water
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Brown the chicken in the oil, remove and brown the onion. Remove all
but 2 tablespoons of the oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30
minutes.

Place chicken in oven dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake
uncovered in slow oven (325%) for one hour. Sauce is also excellent
for meat.
