Ingredients:
2 cup Cooked coucous
6 Green onions, chopped
2 medium Tomatoes, seeded & diced
1 cup Cucumber, seeded & chopped
1/2 cup Garbanzo beans, cooked
1 cup Parsley, chopped

MMMMMDRESSING

3/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice
2 Cloves minced garlic
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Mix all salad ingredients together and toss with the salad dressing.
