8 oz Cream cheese
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme -- finely
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Garlic clove -- minced
1 1/2 tsp Fresh tarragon -- finely
2 Shallots -- finely chopped
1/4 cup Parsley -- finely chopped
1 tbsp Chives -- finely chopped
Cream the cheese with the lemon juice. Add the garlic, the shallots
and the herbs. Pack into a crock and chill until ready to serve. Or,
mold as follows: line an empty 8-oz margarine tub with plastic wrap,
pack in the cheese and chill. When ready to serve, remove from tub,
peel off wrap and garnish on a plate.
Serving Ideas : Serve with unflavored cracker such as Carr's water
