Ingredients:
3 cup Zucchini grated
1 each Onion small chopped
1 cup Bisquick
4 each Eggs
1/2 cup Corn oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/2 tsp Parsley dried
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper freshly ground
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a large, greased pie pan. Bake at 350
degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
